SKORDO'S Summer Smoothie Recipe

Are you looking for that summer treat? I have a recommendation for that new summer treat that will absolutely taste amazing. It's a Tumeric Coconut Smoothie Bowl from SKORDO's Recipe Box. This recipe absolutely tastes amazing.

This recipe contains amazing fruits and yogurts that will taste amazing. Then you will add a little bit of turmeric, ginger and a pinch of lemon zest and mix it in. This will bring this smoothie bowl to a whole new level. I wanted to share a recipe that I received from SKORDO's to share with you.

Makes 1 Medium-sized Bowl

● 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt (or dairy free coconut yogurt)

● 1 cup frozen mango
● 1/2 cup frozen peaches
● 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
● 1/4 pineapple juice
● 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
● 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
● 1 - 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
● Lemon zest from 1/2 lemon (I used a pinch of rehydrated dried lemon zest) ● Milk to texture (I used vanilla almond milk)

● Granola, coconut flakes, sliced almonds, fresh mango and peaches

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. If the mixture seems too thick, add in extra milk (or water). If it seems too thin, add in extra frozen fruit or ice.

2. Pour into a bowl to enjoy and decorate with all the fixings!

They have amazing spices that they offer on their website. You can find their spices and other recipe ideas at the link below.
